Career
After spending 11 years teaching in a large comprehensive and then an FE college, I spent the next 20 years working on a variety of projects, with ASE, Nuffield, OCR and the IOP. In 2006 I made the move back into teaching Physics – a good decision.
Aim/Mission
To help teachers put the WOW into Physics
Personal Interests
In school I work with Keele Link students to widen participation in higher education, as well as supporting Keele University PGCE Science students. I support a Fair Trade group who sell Divine chocolate to the masses, and I am about to start an Astronomy Club.
Outside school I enjoy listening to Radio Four (thank goodness for Listen Again), reading all sorts of fiction and running (very slowly).
