Plus New Writers Awards
Online mathematics magazine "Plus" recently announced the launch of the New Writers Awards; a mathematics essay competition open to individuals of all backgrounds who wish to share their passion for the subject with others. Entrants will have the opportunity to engage readers with a mathematical subject of their choosing for the chance to win prizes.

Plus is an online publication that is produced weekly with the aim of introducing readers to the more exciting faces of mathematics. It is part of the Millennium Mathematics Project and is supported by a dedicated team of individuals. Visitors to the web site can also sign up for fortnightly e-mail updates from plus as well as read the latest and past issues.
